Our lash products are cosmetic accessories for external use only. Follow the instructions provided, apply on clean, dry lashes, and do not use them on irritated, injured or infected eyes or skin. If you have sensitive eyes or skin, try a single cluster first. Remove the product and stop using it if you notice any discomfort, redness or irritation. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

2. Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders (for example, in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud). If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
