Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States with tracking on every order.
- Free tracked shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Tracked shipping is $4.95 on orders under $50.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days from the date of your order, including 1–3 business days of processing.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons (such as the holidays) delays may occur — we recommend ordering early for gifts.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item (for example, a 2-pack), your items may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at contacto@buviro.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at contacto@buviro.com with your order number and we will help you resolve it.
