Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your lashes. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Unopened kits
- Unopened kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Email us first at contacto@buviro.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Opened kits
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened lash kits back — and we won't ask you to send them. If you've opened a kit and it isn't right for you, email us at contacto@buviro.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the kit, and we'll refund the item price.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at contacto@buviro.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Fair use
The guarantee is meant for genuine customers trying our products. We may decline requests that show a clear pattern of abuse.
